ABOUT THE JOB POSITION
The Maintenance Worker at ProTech Security Solutions is a part-time position and is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. This role involves groundskeeping, painting, carpentry, and equipment maintenance. The Maintenance Worker ensures a safe and well-maintained environment, adhering to safety protocols and documenting all maintenance activities.

Primary Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Execute repairs on equipment, machinery, and structural components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain outdoor spaces, including painting and waste disposal.
• Undertake painting and carpentry projects for fixtures and furniture.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Keep an organized inventory of maintenance tools and supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols during all maintenance activities.

EXPECTATIONS

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management.

METHOD OF SELECTION

• STEP I. APPLICATION PROCESS
  The initial phase of our selection process requires interested candidates to formally express their intent to compete for the position of Maintenance Worker position at our Security Firm. The application format in the second post of this job listing must be submitted in writing to the respective category on our website.
• STEP II. PRE-SCREENING
  Following the application submission, our recruitment team will conduct a thorough review to verify the accuracy of the provided information. By applying, candidates consent to a background check encompassing personal details such as their full name, current address, professional certifications, and a review of any criminal records.
• STEP III. INTERVIEW
