The interview focuses on assessing the applicant's knowledge and expectations within the context of our operations. The interview will comprise a blend of real-world scenarios and questions regarding the SHAFT Code and Firearms Usage Manuals. The applicant will receive a reply to their application in-person after the interview, whether they are advancing into the company or not. CONCLUSION
The recruitment process advances to a comprehensive examination phase, where candidates will be hired into our company and go through a probationary phase. This phase aims to delve into the candidate's soft skills, work attitude, and problem-solving qualities that will be instrumental in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Personal Protection Agent role. Emphasis will be placed on evaluating the candidate's ability to provide effective Private Investigation services, manage calm and professional behaviour, and contribute to the overall success of our operations. Once the probationary phase is completed, the applicant will advance to the Personal Protection Agent rank.
