DISPATCHER JOB POSTING

Position: Dispatcher
Company: ProTech Security Solutions
Location: Protech Security Solutions HQ, North Rockford Drive, Del Perro, Los Santos
Status: Part-Time

Primary Duties:

Dispatching security personnel to respond to emergencies, alarms, and client requests.
Monitoring open business clients contracted with ProTech Security and dispatching units for regular checkups.
Monitoring patrol districts that require daily patrols and dispatching units for regular checkups.
Monitoring security systems and alarms to detect and respond to security incidents.
In the event of units requesting emergency backup, coordinating with law enforcement, emergency services, and other agencies as needed.
Maintaining accurate records of security incidents, dispatch activities, and communication logs.
Providing assistance and guidance to security personnel in the field.

EXPECTATIONS

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Applicants must be citizens or residents of the United States of America.
Applicants must not have received a dishonorable discharge from Law Enforcement Agencies or the Military.
Applicants must be prepared to collaborate closely with their fellow colleagues.
Applicants are required to possess a valid San Andreas driver's license which a clean driving record.
Applicants must fluently speak, write, and understand English.
Applicants should not have any convictions for felonies or violent misdemeanors.
Applicants must be free from any traces of drugs in their system.
Applicants must not have employment relations with other registered security companies.
