What is ProTech Security Solutions?
ProTech Security Solutions is one of multiple security organizations in GTA World. In this faction, we all strive to provide a realistic security roleplay, whether it is for our colleagues, clients, or the server overall. ProTech Security Solutions' primary areas of operation are Los Santos, Sandy Shores, and Paleto Bay, constantly aiming to provide roleplay in all areas where feasible. While the security roleplay could be stale, boring, and slow at times, we encourage our members to try and apply for multiple divisions within our faction, as it helps solve this issue, especially for newcomers.

This is a faction that offers diverse roleplay opportunities, whether it is through its positions, divisions, roleplay, or scripts. Although everyone starts from a base rank, it is essential to have the mental readiness and a willingness to listen, understand, and act on the knowledge learned. It's all up to you how you wanna portray your character as long as it's a realistic portrayal.
The faction emphasizes realism and character development within the private sector. Unlike governmental factions, we operate in a commercial space; however, that doesn't mean it's any less serious. There are many ways you could join this faction, as long as your character's background story and development are realistic. Your character can be, but is not limited to:
- A former police officer/deputy sheriff looking for full-time or part-time work within the private security sector.
- An individual within Los Santos who is willing to start a career in the private security sector.
- A student looking for a part-time job to help with paying the educational bills.
What do we expect from you?
Above everything else, our faction desires quality roleplay and believable characters from its members. The character you are willing to bring into the faction shouldn't only be preoccupied with patrol duties, assignments, or security-related work. They should also focus on making their characters feel less robotic and more human by giving their characters realistic flaws, weaknesses, and personal struggles to help shape a character that is fun for them to roleplay and for people to interact with.
- In-character, it's totally up to you how you wanna portray your character; however, by logic, your character should be cautious when interacting with supervisors and above. We do not encourage perfect characters; in fact, we like to promote characters with realistic flaws, weaknesses, and personal struggles, which of course either affect them at work or in their personal life.
- Out-of-Character, we expect you to be mature, patient, willing to learn, and accept feedback from others. The security roleplay can sometimes be delicate and slow; however, we try our best to always keep members busy with something, but not to discourage them from developing a personal/social life either. You should be respectful towards faction leadership, the faction members, and the GTA World community overall. Everything should be handled in-character if it happened in-character. Resorting to toxicity or berating other members of the community will most likely place a faction ban and a report on you.
What do we expect from our applicants?
We expect our applicants to show enthusiasm, commitment, and dedication in their application. Regardless of the position they are applying for, realistically, you should always consider the fact that you're applying for a large organization, in terms of its popularity, employees, clients, and integrity. We expect you to write your application using your own words and not to utilize any AI-generated websites, as it will be picked up, and you will be asked to rewrite the necessary fields. The worst-case scenario could lead to your ban from applying to ProTech Security Solutions in the future.
