- Cash Sums $1,000,000 - $10,000,000: 1.50% of the declared sum
- Cash Sums >$10,000,000: 1.25% of the declared sum
- Valuable Items value worth $0 - $250,000: 2.75% of the declared worth
- Valuable Items value worth $250,000 - $500,000: 2.50% of the declared worth
- Valuable Items value worth $500,000 - $1,000,000: 2.25% of the declared worth
- Valuable Items value worth $1,000,000 - $10,000,000: 2.00% of the declared worth
