ABOUT THE JOB POSITION
ProTech Security Solutions, the leading provider of comprehensive security services, is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Firearm Instructor to join our dynamic team in San Andreas State. As a Firearm Instructor, you will play a crucial role in training our personnel in the proper and safe use of pistols, rifles, tasers, and batons.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct Firearm Training: Design and deliver effective firearm training programs for security personnel, focusing on pistols, rifles, tasers, and batons.
• Ensure Safety Standards: Emphasize and enforce safety protocols during all training sessions to ensure the responsible and safe use of firearms and related equipment.
• Stay Updated on Regulations: Keep abreast of the latest laws, regulations, and best practices related to firearm usage in the San Andreas State. Adjust training programs accordingly to remain compliant.
• Provide Individualized Feedback: Assess and provide constructive feedback to security personnel on their firearm handling skills, marksmanship, and tactical awareness.
• Administer Written and Practical Tests: Develop and conduct evaluations to assess the proficiency of security personnel in firearm handling and related skills.

EXPECTATIONS

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of experience as a Firearm Instructor, preferably in a security or law enforcement context.
• Licenses: Must possess valid San Andreas State licenses, including CCW (Concealed Carry Weapons) and/or LEOCCW (Law Enforcement Officer Concealed Carry Weapons).
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of pistols, rifles, tasers, and batons, with the ability to impart this knowledge effectively to others.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and interact with diverse groups of security personnel.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt training programs to accommodate varying skill levels and learning styles.
• Ethical Conduct: Demonstrate a commitment to ethical conduct, responsibility, and professionalism in all training activities.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Applicants must be citizens or residents of the United States of America.
• Applicants must not have received a dishonorable discharge from Law Enforcement Agencies or the Military.
• Applicants must be prepared to collaborate closely with their fellow colleagues.
• Applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Applicants are required to possess a valid San Andreas driver's license.

• Applicants should not have any convictions for felonies or violent misdemeanors.

• This is a contract-based position.

• Applicants must have no administrative punishment within the last two (2) weeks. Depending on the type of punishment, the ProTech Security Solutions T&R members reserve the right to deny the application or override the rule to accept.
• Applicants must fluently understand the English language.
• Applicants must have the ability to accurately portray the respective character.
• Applicants are required to write an out-of-character background story completely by themselves. Plagiarism is completely prohibited.
• Applicants must use truthful, accurate answers in the OOC section of the application.
• If roleplaying in another faction either with the current character or alt character, double and/or multiple faction permissions must be required from the faction managers and Legal Faction Management.

METHOD OF SELECTION

• STEP I. APPLICATION PROCESS
  The initial phase of our selection process requires interested candidates to formally express their intent to compete for the position of Firearms Instructor position at our Security Firm. The application format in the second post of this job listing must be submitted in writing to the respective category on our website.
• STEP II. PRE-SCREENING
  Following the application submission, our recruitment team will conduct a thorough review to verify the accuracy of the provided information. • STEP III. INTERVIEW
