I. Point of Contact
This document outlines the appropriate steps for contacting a Training and Recruitment Officer regarding inquiries or submitting an appeal within our security company. Failure to adhere to the listed guidelines below may result in delays or potential consequences affecting your applicant status.

All formal communication with the Training and Recruitment Division should be conducted through the official channels provided on the website of our Company. Any complaints or appeals should go forwarded to TnR@ProTech.com (( Forum PM: OFFICE OF TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT DIRECTOR FORUM GROUP ))

(( Out-of-character questions and appeals must be addressed on the factions' forums. Attempting to contact via in-game messages or any other platform not specified on the Security Company forums may result in denial and banning from future application processes. ))
II. Recruitment Appeal
Our Security Company follows strict protocols when it comes to Recruitment. If you have any concerns or your application has been denied during the recruitment process, it's essential to reach out to the right personnel. Failure to adhere to this procedure may cause delays.
  • Any complaints or appeals regarding Training and Recruitment Officers or the recruitment process should be directed to
    Training and Recruitment Office. Please forward your concerns to TnR@ProTech.com (( OFFICE OF TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT DIRECTOR FORUM GROUP ))
  • The following format should be used when filling out an appeal. Your application should be linked in your appeal
