ABOUT THE JOB POSITION
The Customer Service Director at ProTech Security Solutions is tasked with leading and managing the customer service department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client satisfaction. They will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, streamline processes, and cultivate a customer-centric culture within the organization.
Primary Duties:
  • Provides effective leadership to the customer service team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Recruits, trains, and develops customer service staff to ensure a high level of competency and professionalism.
  • Sets clear performance expectations, conducts regular performance reviews, and addresses any issues or concerns.
  • Develops and implements customer service strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Evaluates and streamlines customer service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establishes and maintains a customer feedback loop to continuously enhance service quality.
  • Conducts ongoing training programs for customer service staff to keep them informed about products, services, and industry trends.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to customer service.
EXPECTATIONS
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a leadership role within customer service or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

METHOD OF SELECTION
  • STEP I. APPLICATION PROCESS
    The initial phase of our selection process requires interested candidates to formally express their intent to compete for the position of Customer Services Director at our Security Firm. This notice of intent must be submitted in writing to the OFFICE OF EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP accompanied by a comprehensive resume, a compelling cover letter, and any relevant referrals
  • STEP II. PRE-SCREENING
    Following the application submission, our recruitment team will conduct a thorough review to verify the accuracy of the provided information. By applying, candidates consent to a background check encompassing personal details such as their full name, current address, professional certifications, and a review of any criminal records.
  • STEP III. INITIAL INTERVIEW

  • STEP IV. ASSESSMENT
    The recruitment process advances to a comprehensive examination phase, where candidates will face a final interview conducted by two or more leaders from our Security Firm. This interview aims to delve into the candidate's soft skills, work attitude, and leadership qualities that will be instrumental in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Customer Services Director role. Emphasis will be placed on evaluating the candidate's ability to provide effective customer service, manage a team, and contribute to the overall success of our security operations.
