The Security Officer at ProTech Security Solutions is entrusted with the crucial task of safeguarding client premises, assets, and personnel. This role involves vigilant monitoring, enforcement of security protocols, and effective communication to maintain a secure and safe environment. The Security Officer must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Primary Duties:

• Regular patrols to identify and address security risks.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Verify credentials and control access to designated areas.
• Conduct security checks of individuals and vehicles.
• Promptly respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
• Interact professionally with clients, employees, and visitors.
• Provide assistance and directions as needed.
• Document and report incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities.
• Prepare detailed written reports for management.
• Enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older. Note that as per the SHAFT Act and applicable laws, individuals are not permitted to purchase a firearm and be armed security personnel until the age of 21.
• Applicants must be citizens or residents of the United States of America.
• Applicants must not have received a dishonorable discharge from Law Enforcement Agencies or the Military.
• Applicants must be prepared to collaborate closely with their fellow colleagues.
• Applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must hold a minimum of a high school or GED diploma at the time of application.
• Applicants are required to possess a valid San Andreas driver's license.
• Applicants must fluently speak, write, and understand English
• Applicants should not have any convictions for felonies or violent misdemeanors.
• Applicants must be free from any traces of drugs in their system.
• Applicants must not have employment relations with other registered security companies.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience in the security solutions industry.
• Familiarity with security operations and procedures.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.

The initial phase of our selection process requires interested candidates to formally express their intent to compete for the position of Security Officer position at our Security Firm.
