Technician & Tow Truck Operators within ProTech Security Solutions are full-time employees tasked with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems, including alarms, cameras, and access control devices, to ensure their functionality and effectiveness in safeguarding clients' properties and assets. As a Tow Truck Operator at ProTech Security Solutions, you will be responsible for responding to roadside assistance calls, towing vehicles, and providing assistance to motorists in need.

Primary Duties:

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including alarms, CCTV cameras, access control systems, and other electronic security devices.
• Ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Integrate various security components to create comprehensive security solutions.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments for seamless system integration.
• Conduct thorough testing of security systems to ensure they meet specified standards and operate effectively.
• Perform quality assurance checks on installations to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users on security system operation.
• Respond promptly to service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Applicants must not have received a dishonorable discharge from Law Enforcement Agencies or the Military.
