ABOUT THE JOB POSITION
The Information Technology Director at ProTech Security Solutions is responsible for leading the IT department, ensuring the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems that align with the company's strategic objectives. They will oversee all technology operations, provide IT solutions to improve efficiency, and ensure the security of company data and systems.
Primary Duties:
  • Provides leadership to the IT team, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure for both internally and externally.
  • Manages IT budgets with cost-effective solutions while meeting organizational needs.
  • Makes sure the security and privacy of company data through robust cybersecurity measures.
  • Develops and enforces IT policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Assesses technology needs and recommends appropriate solutions to support company growth.
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business processes.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

METHOD OF SELECTION
  • STEP I. APPLICATION PROCESS
    The initial phase of our selection process requires interested candidates to formally express their intent to compete for the position of Information Technology Director at our Security Firm. This notice of intent must be submitted in writing to the OFFICE OF EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP accompanied by a comprehensive resume, a compelling cover letter, and any relevant referrals.
  • STEP II. PRE-SCREENING
    Following the application submission, our recruitment team will conduct a thorough review to verify the accuracy of the provided information.
